What data can Datavant extract from Epic?

Datavant can access the data below from an Epic System.

How does Datavant access data from Epic?

Most Epic environments are "on-premise" meaning data is stored on local network servers. For these environments, Datavant's Agent software can be installed on any network server in just a few minutes and is all that is required to access the data. After the install is complete, data is accessed via a Microsoft SQL database containing EHI tables described in Epic's EHI export specification.
