Digital Health is transforming around us, so it’s only natural we transform with it. We are excited to announce the launch of V2 of our Healthjump Platform Portal. For many of you, this will be the first time utilizing our portal, for others, this update should provide a welcome host of new changes to enhance your Healthjump experience.
Here is a list of some of the new features being introduced with V2.
- Licenses: All new connections will start with the new connections wizard.
- Multi-Factor Authentication: To ensure we are keeping up with today’s ever-increasing data protection standards, we are going the way of multi-factor authentication.
- User Management: Admins will now be able to add/remove users from their organization to the portal.
- Time Management: Keep track of your billable hours with the hour’s widget on your homepage.
- Notifications: Subscribe to be notified and alerted of key events as they happen in real-time.
- Webhooks: And speaking of notifications, for high-volume events, notifications can be received via webhooks.
- Support Requests: Open and track tickets directly from the app, enabling the sharing of PHI for those pesky data issues that arise from time to time.
- Branded End-User Experiences: Upload your company logo to be used on the installation page and scheduling page.
- File Management: Store and share secure sensitive documents in your personal file management system
- Calendar Events: Track events, your own schedule, or Healthjump Scheduled right from the homepage.
- Look and Feel: All-new UI framework (react)
The best part is, we're just getting started!
You can look for these features shortly after we go live with V2:
- Contract Management: We are building a process to share and track the Healthjump BAA signature with your practices.
- Quality Control (Recipes V2): Preselect your default QA recipe stack, and even modify the conditions in which they will be triggered.
- Integrated DBX: DBX (Database Explorer) will now be built into the portal. No more new browser windows. Your data available the moment you log in.
- Connection Controls: Pause, Start, and Stop your connections without having to notify support.
This is just the beginning of our feature updates as we add new controls and scalability to the premier interoperability and data management solution in healthcare.
